HRT's Administrative, Clerical and Office Skills testing package offers a broad selection of standard and customizable assessments covering essential office and clerical skills.
Tests include:

These tests are made up of beginner, intermediate and advanced level questions.  The response formats include multiple choice, matching and true/false.  The number of test questions per test can range from 15 to 30.   The typing, data entry and ten key tests include a 3-minute warm-up exercise and then a 5-minute test.  

The Professional Plus CD version of this test package includes a database of over 300 questions per subject area that allows test administrators to create and customize their own tests.
