The goal of any selection process is to select job applicants that
possess characteristics and skills that are critical for job success

Test Validation
HRT offers test validation
services that follow the Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection
Procedures. These Federal testing guidelines are the highest
standards in test development and validation and comply with the EEOC.
Validation studies include cut score analysis to help you identify cut
scores specific to your company and adverse impact analysis to ensure
your selection process is not only valid, but fair.
